Returns and refunds

1. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to provide any justification.

2. How to return an item
Write to us at contact0conseil.boutique@gmail.com, stating your order number and the item concerned. We will reply with the return address. Then, return the item within 14 days, complete and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or does not correspond to your order. For hygiene reasons, skincare items unsealed after delivery (such as miswak) cannot be returned.

3. Refund
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method used for the order. We may wait until we have received the product (or proof of its shipment) before processing the refund. Standard delivery costs will be refunded.

4. Defective, damaged or non-conforming product
Contact us by email with your order number and photos of the product. We will offer you a replacement or a refund, with return costs covered by us. You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

5. Package not received
If your order has not arrived within the announced timeframe, contact us: we will check the tracking and offer you a replacement or a refund.
